How to charge your devices

I was helping my sister buy her first powerbank for traveling and found out that almost everyone around her make their money on their computer but don’t know what they need to help make themselves mobile.  So here is a starter list of what you need to extend your productivity.

I will call out a basic list of devices that each thing will work for along the way. I have included a chart at the bottom of the page for those who might not know the differences between port types.

Charging

The idea of changing your factory charger seems to have gone around a lot of apple users.  This probably because of the closed architecture loop that attracts people who are scared or unsure about tech.
Fear not users of tree fruit products, the world of expanded devices is here to embrace and hold you until the fear subsides.

Powerbanks - Battery Backups

Everything that runs off of electricity runs out of charge at the worst times.  Extend your run time with an external powerbank.
Powerbanks contain Lithium-Ion batteries and can not be shipped air freight and need to be in carry on baggage.
